JACKIE Insurance Coordinator

Fourteen years ago I started my career as a dental assistant and I have worked with Dr. Thomas for just over two years now. My combined work experience has enabled me to really understand all aspects of the dental office. I am both CPR certified and x-ray certified and I regularly attend continuing education seminars to help keep our office updated on emerging changes in the dental field. My responsibilities include, but are not limited to, tracking daily production and collections, patient check out and collections of co-pays, insurance billing, insurance collections, patient treatment planning and financial planning.
