JENNIFER Patient Coordinator

I have been working at Brighton Dental for six years. I’ve earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, am CPR trained and continue to pursue additional training that enables me to deliver the best, updated care for our patients. My responsibilities include scheduling and confirming patient appointments, verifying insurance benefits, financial management and greeting patients. I also assist the hygiene team with their daily accounting and paperwork needs. I know all of our patients, their backgrounds and many of their interests, contributing to this clinic’s philosophy of patient comfort, intimacy and personalized service.
